Job Description

A16_24 – Payroll & Finance Officer – permanent part time, 4 days per week, 64 hours per fortnight, or as agreed.

Seeking an experienced payroll and finance officer to work on site who will report to the Finance Manager.

The role is responsible for:

  • Maintaining & processing payroll and all related payroll activities
  • Recording, updating, maintaining & processing the Fees charged to the Residents, along with all other related tasks.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager in maintaining the general ledger.
    Assisting the Finance Manager with reporting and benchmarking
