Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistently high standard of care to meet individual residents’ needs
  • Support residents’ independence through providing appropriate assistance with personal care needs
  • Understanding of the needs of people living in residential care, commitment to adhere to Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance with occupational health and safety requirements

The successful applicant will have:-

  • A Certificate III or IV In Ageing Support
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • Flexibility to work across a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts.
  • Italian Speaking (highly regarded)
  • Current Police Certificate
  • The ability to work in Australia – either a Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen
