The Italian language is of the utmost importance to our residents and our organisation. For this reason, the ability to speak Italian is one of the highest key selection criteria in our recruitment process and we make every endeavour to employ as many Italian speaking staff as possible.

Where it is not possible to employ both an exceptional candidate who can also speak Italian, we offer courses to assist our non-Italian speaking staff so that they too can communicate with our residents.

Our priority, however, is to employ staff who will provide excellent care to our residents!
