For the last weeks of Winter, we decided to program outings involving indoor environments.

The Bundoora Homestead Gallery/Café is always a hit with residents who enjoy its old-world ambience and home style cakes.

Another convenient local destination is La Porchetta, where the pizzas are devoured with fervour.

This week we took in the grandeur of the domed reading room at The State Library of Victoria.

Residents also enjoyed the myriad of galleries which surround the facility.

The in-house café Mr Tulk was overrun with customers so we all ended up knocking back choc sundaes from Fitzroy Macca’s!
