In the not-too-distant past, before the weather turned decidedly cooler, the residents of St. Catherine were delighted to spend, what seemed like the last vestige of summer, on a bus excursion to the Sand Bar Beach Café, near the shores of Middle Park.The brilliant blue sky was an enviable backdrop, as coffee and cake were enjoyed, while taking in the beauty of the surrounds.
