Williamstown Beach and ‘Sebastian’
Williamstown Beach Bathing Pavilion was built in 1936 and is one of the few pre-World War 2 seaside bathing pavilions still standing in Australia.
The building was restored back to its former glory in 1993 and has since been repurposed as a restaurant, the latest of which is called Sebastian.
On Thursday, under big blue skies, our residents took over the joint, knocking back high-end gelatos like there’s no tomorrow.
